Ernst & Young (EY) Global Limited, a multinational company that offers professional services is now offering scholarships to Indian students who have the intention to build their own enterprises and start-ups and are future potential leaders and CEOs.
The scholarship programme has been named a ‘Build Case’ and is almost like a contest where young individuals with exemplary entrepreneurial goals will participate in ‘Building a Better Working World,’ an idea that is also acting as their campaign slogan.
This opportunity is solely for Indian students who will have access to digital credentials that are recognised by global industries. This scholarship offers future-oriented entrepreneurial skills training through a two-month internship programme alongside grants-in-aid to finance their individual business ventures.

How does this scholarship programme work?
After registering on the EY scholarship official website and filling up the application form, applicants also need to submit a business ‘case’ or proposal titled ‘Building a Better Working World.’ The business idea may involve either profit or non-profit structure of the organization and should contain the following elements, namely: innovation, passion and motivation to win, clarity of thoughts and ideas and impact on the working world.
Top 50 finalists will be chosen by the selection committee of the EY scholarship programme. They will be asked to then present their business proposals to the EY panel. Among them, top 10 candidates will be offered the scholarship benefits.
Format of business case
The business case should be in the form of a PowerPoint presentation and should not contain more than 7 slides. The file size should be not more than 5MB.
Last date of application: The application and business case submission deadlines are 31st December 2021. The result will be declared in March 2022.
