The Science of Slime

Soft slime, blue slime, pink slime, these are the various types of slime that we all are familiar with, right? We generally associate them with the tiny, flappy, non-stretchy barrel-o-slime that we would buy as kids from fairs and toy stores. But did you know slime is so much more than that? In fact, it's an actual science experiment.

In case you didn’t know, the experiment of making a slime imparts important lessons regarding polymers and non-Newtonian fluids! While making slime, I have also realised that everything in the world around us, though seemingly simple, has a story to tell. Slime is messy. So, be prepared to get your hands dirty. Trust you me, it’s worth it! It will be fun for sure.
