This residency in Mumbai accepts and encourages all forms of visual art, including sculpture, installation, painting, and video. They provide specialised services and back-up for art projects and installations, and help in the production and preservation of art collections. Their residency has accommodation for both curators and artists, with facilities for exploring video-based projects also through exhibitions, screenings and workshops.

Art Ichol is an experience worth in itself. Divided into sections for writers and artists, The Maihar Heritage Home section is specially for ceramics and pottery, while the Amaria serves as the writers’ workshop. They have beautiful rooms, a studio for painters, an art cafe, supplies for artists, exhibition space, and interaction zones.
