The sultry days of summer can feel rejuvenating, if you know how to make a perfect cooler. For me, it's cold coffee that transcends me to the next level, leaving me refreshed inside out. I still vividly remember my first tryst with coffee. Truth be told, it was bitter! But I was only a 5-year-old back then. Little did I know that time that coffee will someday become my 'cup of tea' (pun intended!).
The process of preparing cold coffee is always fun. I love basking in its aroma and playing around with the ingredients. However, what I loved about making it this time was the fact that I experimented by adding chocolate syrup and vanilla ice cream. But I had to keep in mind not to over-mix the new ingredients, as I knew that the milk might get churned and separated.
Oh, I am yet to tell you the best part though. Adding chocolate syrup enhances the sweetness of the drink while ice cream lowers it. So, we can say that they kind of balance each other out. And lastly, for all the chocolate lovers out there, don't forget to add chocolate chips on top!
